Rehabilitation involves giving specific exercises for the management of a particular injury or problem. This may take the form of stretching, strengthening, stabilisation, weight training, technical work, drills or plyometrics. With wide range of expertise in various sports, from diving to athletics, racquet sports to rugby, triathlon to netball and basketball, we are able to give specific exercises for each sport. Invariably each athlete will be given work to do at home, in the gym or before and after training, to help them self manage any problems they might have, and prevent any others.
